2. Pricing

All prices shown are indicative. Unless stated otherwise they are per person on twin-sharing occupancy and exclude international airfare, visa and consular fees, travel insurance and personal expenditure.

Travel pricing changes constantly with availability, season, currency and supplier inventory. A price on this website is not an offer capable of acceptance. Only a written quotation issued to you is binding, and only for the validity period stated on it. Airfares are not guaranteed until ticketed.

3. Visas, immigration and entry

Visa information on this site reflects our understanding at the time of writing. Requirements change frequently, sometimes without notice, and vary by nationality, passport type, purpose of travel and routing.

  • We cannot guarantee any visa outcome. Granting a visa is the sovereign decision of the destination country and no agent has influence over it.
  • Entry can be refused at the border even with a valid visa. That decision rests entirely with immigration authorities.
  • Transit requirements depend on your exact routing and nationality and must be checked case by case.
  • Always verify current requirements with the relevant consulate or official government source before travelling.

4. Statistics and performance figures

Figures published on this site — travellers served, destinations arranged, visa approval rate, review counts and ratings — reflect our internal records as at 25 July 2026. The visa approval rate is measured across applications that we prepared and filed, and is a record of past outcomes. It is not a prediction or a promise about your application.

5. Third-party suppliers

We act as an agent. Airlines, hotels, ground operators, transport companies and insurers are independent third parties. We select them with care but we do not operate them and cannot control their performance, punctuality, standards or solvency. Our responsibilities and limits are set out in section 3 of our Terms of Service.

6. Trade marks and third-party names

Airline names, hotel names, destination names and other third-party marks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to indicate suppliers with whom we transact and destinations we arrange travel to.

Their appearance does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation between those owners and Urban Wings Travel, and we make no claim to any right in them.

7. Photography

Photographs on this website are professional travel and location imagery used under licence. They illustrate the character of a destination or a type of experience. They are not necessarily photographs of the specific property, aircraft, vehicle or room you will be booked into, and should not be relied on as a depiction of any particular booking.

Portrait images accompanying customer reviews are computer-generated composite faces of people who do not exist. We use them deliberately so that no client's photograph appears on a marketing page. The review text is genuine and attributed; the face is not a real person.

8. Blog and editorial content

Articles on our blog reflect the professional experience of our advisors at the date of publication. They are general commentary, not advice on your circumstances, and travel rules referred to in them may since have changed. Check the publication date and confirm anything decision-critical with us.

9. Not professional advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, immigration, medical, tax or financial advice.

  • Immigration. We handle tourist, visitor, business and transit visas. Work permits, student visas and permanent migration should be taken to a registered immigration consultant or licensed lawyer.
  • Health. Vaccination and health requirements should be confirmed with a qualified medical practitioner or an official travel health authority.
  • Insurance. We place cover with licensed insurers and are not an insurer. Claims are decided by the insurer under the policy wording.

International travel carries inherent risk — disruption, health risk, political instability, natural events and crime. We monitor advisories and will flag concerns we are aware of for destinations you are considering, but the decision to travel is yours. Consult your government's official travel advisory before booking and again before departure.
