What it is actually like
Travel has a reputation as an industry with high churn and low pay. We have tried to build the opposite, and these are the specific things that make the difference.

We tell clients the truth
Including when it costs us the booking. Nobody here is asked to sell something they would not book themselves.

Preparation over recovery
We would rather spend an hour checking a file than a day fixing a refusal. The desk work is the real work.

You own your clients
Consultants keep their relationships. You are not a queue position in someone else's CRM.

Real support for hard shifts
The night duty desk exists because travel does not stop at 7pm. It is staffed properly, paid properly and rotated fairly.
